Our apartment is located in the Las Gondolas complex, in the Spanish region of Murcia, situated at the Northern end of La Manga, nestling between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea.
The complex consists of seven buildings situated around the spectacular swimming pool known as Plaza Fontana. the buildings are, Capri, Florencia, Genova, Napoles, Tintoretto, Titziano and Vaporetto.
The apartment was constructed in 2003, is on the sixth floor, overlooks the pool and is only 50mts from the beaches of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
Within 5 mins walking distance there are several bars and restaurants, a 9 hole golf course, two supermarkets, a greengrocers, a bakery, an ice cream parlour and a water sports centre. While only a short bus ride away there is the Thomas Maestre Marina with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
